Herecomes the question: I don't know if the "Hidden Blade" upgrade actually increases the damage of the Hidden Blade or the Stealth kills (remember that some commanders won't die on the Stealth attempt). I'm not sure on how the game handles that upgrade. Does it increases only the Hidden Blade damage (not every stealth kill damage)? Personally I favored upgrading the hidden blade as soon as I had enough material. Because for the attacks I wanted to get stronger, while for the defense I could always go around it and dodge instead.
