Ican still find 6-7 lobbies of BO3 on Pc easily, but that was a somewhat popular CoD on PC due to not being a total shitshow of a port. Your best bet is to play older cods on the 360, and newer cods on ps4. Whichever company holds the exclusivity rights to COD will have more players on that platform. I believe Microsoft gave that deal up in 2014.
